The 1990 Canadian Silver Dollar marks the 300th anniversary of Henry Kelsey's exploration of the Canadian Prairies. The coins reverse is design by Ontario artist, David Craig, which depicts a group of Western Natives showing Kelsey a vast herd of buffaloes.
